DATO AHMAD SHUKRI TAJUDDIN
The Chairman of EDDI Group, also known as Electronic Digital Data Interchange Group, is a visionary leader who has played a significant role in driving Malaysia’s digital transformation forward. With a forward-thinking approach, the Chairman and the founders of EDDI Group established the company and its subsidiaries to bridge the gap between the Malaysian economy and the rest of the world through digital means. They recognized the potential of digitalization and the power of technologies such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things (IoT), and blockchain in shaping the future. The Chairman has led the group in incorporating these technologies into their solutions, enabling digital transformation across various industries.
Under the leadership of the Chairman, EDDI Group has become a prominent player in the digital landscape of Malaysia. The company offers a wide range of cutting-edge digital solutions that help businesses streamline their operations, automate processes, and achieve their full potential in today’s rapidly evolving digital era. They provide comprehensive services, including digital transformation consulting, cybersecurity solutions, green technologies, and investment holdings services.
Dato Ahmad Shukri was the founding member of Kulim Hi Tech Park where he served as the Chief Executive Officer for 18 years. In 2009 he joined the MMC Group and was appointed the Chief Executive Officer of Senai Hi Tech Park. He was also the former Chief Executive Officer of Kedah Invest Bhd and Kedah Menteri Besar Incorporated.
Dato Shukri was also the former Chairman of UniMAP Holdings Sdn Bhd (a company of University Malaysia Perlis) and a member of MIGHT Nurturing Technology Sdn Bhd where he served on the Board for 15 years. Dato Shukri had once been appointed by the Zambian Government as the Technical Advisor and Head of Study Team for the setting up of 2000Ha Industrial Park in Lusaka, Zambia. Dato Shukri holds a Bachelor Degree in Accounting from University of Missouri Columbia and Masters in Business Administration (MBA) from Greenwich University Australia. Dato Shukri age 63 is now the Principal Consultant at LEOS International Inc and the Advisor to the family owned business Pengangkutan Sedar Sdn Bhd.
Mr. Norhaidi
Mr. Norhaidi has a natural inclination towards the business aspects of an enterprise, such as building its reputation, expanding its network, and ensuring consistent growth. He is widely recognized as a dynamic marketer with a comprehensive knowledge of marketing strategies. Mr. Norhaidi has a successful track record in several businesses he has established, and his marketing connections extend as far as Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines.
Dr S Sugumaran
Dr. S Sugumaran (Dr. S Maran) is a leading specialist on digital migration in Southeast Asia and has identified vast opportunities in Malaysia. He has been at the forefront of implementing blockchain and digital technologies since 2010. In addition to being featured in the British Encyclopedia as “One of the Most Influential People in the South East Asian Region,” Dr. S Maran recognizes that there is untapped potential for further development in Malaysia.
